What should I do first when my pet passes away at home?

How quickly can you come to us?
In most cases we can arrive within two hours of your call, anywhere in Orange County or Los Angeles. We are available around the clock, and there is never an extra charge for nights, weekends, or holidays.
Will I get my pet's ashes back?
With private cremation, yes — your pet is cremated individually and only their ashes are returned to you, usually within one to two weeks, hand-delivered by our family. With communal cremation, ashes are not returned.
